Q. Will my resume be submitted without my knowledge?

A. No, the candidate is always consulted prior to sending the resume to a client unless it is

a confidential search.

 

 

Q. Will my resume and information be sent to other sources or be used for other purposes?

A. No, your resume will be kept in the strictest confidence. There is no sharing of information

(except with another LWI affiliated Recruiter). There is no mass mailing, nor is any information

sold to outside sources.

 

 

Q. Should I be concerned about the issue of confidentiality?

A. No, confidentiality is an important part of our service.  We use care and discretion in

representing you. 

 

 

Q. What is expected of me by LWI?
A. The expectations are that you keep in communication with LWI in a timely manner.  One

good indication of a person's professionalism is if calls/emails are returned within 24 hours.   

LWI pledges the same courtesy.

 

 

Q. Who pays the search fee?

A. The client companies pay the search fees; there is never a charge to the candidates.
